PCB Layout Designer

Description Position Summary: Performs various electrical design layout functions related to circuit boards such as single board computers and passive backplanes as well as other duties as assigned. Employee will strive to satisfy the needs of customers with on time delivery and continuous improvement in quality, products and services and manage risk. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Create design output documentation (i.e. artwork gerbers, insertion files, etc.) as necessary and review for completenessSupport Trenton’s manufacturing resources as required, providing support on technical issuesProvide support to vendors with technical issuesParticipate in design reviews if neededSupport Engineering Manager as necessary with special projectsAttempt to identify improvements in efficiency in processes and improvements in products and services and provide input to continuous improvement teamThis position is permitted to work offsite with prior manager approvalIdentify and manage risk in products, processes, and environmentThis is a remote position PM21 Requirements AS or equivalent, including experienceMinimum of 3 years experience in PCB layoutKnowledge of CAD - PCB layout tools (Xpedition)Able to work collaboratively with other Engineering personnelNO RECRUITERS PLEASE* PI0d3d787d173f-25448-41737114
