About the Role

Find your calling at Mercy! Under the direction of the RN or LPN, you will assist in the individualized care of patients to achieve their highest level of wellness. You will work cooperatively with others as part of a team, recognizing the importance of group goals, and perform designated clinical procedures and non‑clinical support tasks essential to patient care.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC, enrollment in a healthcare career program, or current Mercy co‑worker.
• Experience: None required; Mercy provides a 175‑hour training program meeting state Department of Health and Senior Services requirements.
• Certifications: BLS required within one month of hire; completion of PCA competencies within three months of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
• Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat while performing duties.

Pay

$1,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time employees.
