About the role
We are seeking an Advanced Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the ICU to perform advanced clinical tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document patient changes
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, telemetry, IV and catheter removal, and wound care
- Collect lab samples
- Support clerical duties
- Anticipate patient needs to ensure compassionate, seamless care
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
