Job Overview

Graceful Healing Home Care has an immediate need for dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our caregiving team. As a Caregiver for our agency, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients. Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Help patients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times
• Document patient information accurately and maintain electronic health records
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality

Skills

• Ability to lift and move patients with proper body mechanics
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
• Understanding of hospice care principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Experience Caregiving: 3 years (Required)
• Tuberculosis Screening (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)

• Day Shift (Preferred)
