PCA Manager

About the role

Responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in various settings including Woodside Manor, Woodside Villa, Woodside Oaks, and Woodside Haven. Duties include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, conducting health assessments, and maintaining resident records.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications as prescribed
• Assisting residents with personal hygiene and mobility
• Conducting routine health checks and documenting findings
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in assigned areas
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols
• Basic computer literacy

Pay

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
