About the role

Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Prepare nutritious meals according to patient dietary needs
• Monitor and record vital signs and medication schedules
• Ensure safety and security of patients at all times
• Communicate regularly with healthcare providers to update treatment plans

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• First aid/cPR certification
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on a background check
