About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals in their homes, focusing on health management, safety, and daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare provider
- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
- Prepare meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Ensure home environment is safe and accessible
- Communicate regularly with patients and families
- Document patient progress and interactions accurately
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience in caregiving or related field
- Passing background check
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of common medical conditions
- Basic computer literacy
