Qualifications
- Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
- If you have experience as a CDPAP personal assistant, you may qualify for an ACD class where you can earn a PCA certificate.
- Complete the application and ask your recruiter.
- Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
- Drug screening
- Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or Titers)
- TB screening - provide a negative QuantiFeron test (if positive, requires a chest X-ray)
- Past Agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
- Reliable transportation to commute to clients' homes
