We provide compassionate care and support that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home. Our caregivers are valued, respected, and appreciated for the important work they do for their clients and the community.

Responsibilities

• Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
• Support clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
• Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
• Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation

Qualifications

• Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
• Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
• Drug screening
• Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or Titers)
• TB screening- provide a negative QuantiFeron test (if positive, requires a chest X-ray)
• Past Agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
• Reliable transportation to commute to clients’ homes
