PCA/HHA - Marks Home Care Aide - Nanuet, NY 10954

You will become a trusted companion to a family providing compassionate care and support that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own home.
Responsibilities
- Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
- Support clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
- Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
- Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation
Qualifications
- Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
- Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
- Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or Titers)
- TB screening- provide a negative QuantiFeron test, (if positive, requires a chest Xray)
- Past Agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
- Reliable transportation to commute to clients’ homes
