Job Summary
We are now hiring Certified PCA's and HHA's to serve a diverse community. Multilingual candidates are welcome.
What You'll Do
- Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
- Support clients' physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
- Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
- Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation
Requirements
- Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
- Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
- Drug screening
- Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or Titers)
- TB screening- provide a negative QuantiFeron test (if positive, requires a chest X-ray)
- Past Agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
- Reliable transportation to commute to clients’ homes
