Care Advantage Inc. is looking to hire full- or part-time PCA, CNA and Caregivers to provide care to clients in a retirement community in Charlottesville, VA. Requirements
- Previous assisted living experience as well as home care experience
- Hold a certificate of completion from an approved PCA or Nurse Aide training program and/or have a CNA license issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing
- Eligible to work in the United States (we are not able to provide sponsorship)
- Two satisfactory professional references
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and criminal record check
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude
Work schedule
This position may be full- or part-time. As an employee of Care Advantage, you will have the opportunity to work cases both in the in-home care environment, as well as within the partnered retirement community. We are committed to working around your availability whenever possible. Cases staffed in the assisted living community will provide the opportunity for longer shifts, the potential for long-term placement and potential career advancement.
