Responsibilities

• Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays
• Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence
• Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed
• Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing
• Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
• 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred

Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Full‑time shift differential: +$0.75 (applies to 3 pm‑11:30 pm shift, Mon‑Fri only)
• Full‑time shift differential: +$1.50 (applies to 11:00 pm‑7:30 am shift)

Schedule

• Full‑time: 3 pm‑11:30 pm (Mon‑Fri)
• Full‑time: 11:00 pm‑7:30 am
• Part‑time: 7 am‑3:30 pm
