About the role
Senior Helpers is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) across Massachusetts. We are expanding throughout the state and currently have openings in Milford, North Attleboro, Bellingham, Franklin, Worcester, and surrounding communities. Positions are available full-time and part-time, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, with shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend options.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
- Aid clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
- Remind clients about medication schedules.
- Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation when appropriate.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and independent home environment.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred but not required.
- Caregiver must have a compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
