Key Responsibilities
- Aid clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal care, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
- Caregiving or CPR certification is a plus.
- Patient, respectful, and compassionate demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility as required.
