About the role
In this role, you will assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation, as needed.
Answer call bells in the Residential Living area of Springhill
Accompany residents to medical appointments and activities within the community.
- Many residents require assistance with the self-administration of medications. You will be trained for direct medication administration through an on-site preparation course. This course will prepare you for the Med Tech certification exam.
This is a fantastic position for anyone who is currently enrolled in a Nursing or Healthcare Program, or for those who possess a genuine passion for providing compassionate care to older adults.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or its equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess a genuine passion for providing compassionate care to older adults
- Relevant experience is preferred
