• Assisting Residents in their daily living routines.
• Performing duties under the indirect supervision of the Manager.
• Following established procedures and guidelines.
• Regularly walking, standing, bending, reaching, stooping, or sitting for extended periods.
• Maintaining reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Displaying good character and high degree of personal integrity.
• Showcasing sincere compassion towards cognitively impaired older adults.
