About the role
This position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. It is an On-Site position at the Iuka, MS site.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand blueprints
- Translate blueprints into fabrications of structural assemblies
- Perform precision drilling, countersinking, and use of calibrated tools
- Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures
- Perform part-fitting operations: filing, sawing, burring, crimping, trimming, framing, riveting, drilling, and reaming
- Measure parts with precision tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions
- Modify incomplete and complete assemblies to incorporate changes to structure and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures
- Use daily manufacturing shop controls and systems
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the shop floor
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement activities in production methods, equipment performance, and team effectiveness
Requirements
- High School diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associates degree and 0 years of relevant experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current US Government Secret level security clearance (or higher)
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Product Suites, and remote deployment methods
- Associate’s degree
- 3 years of experience with IT related hardware in a classified environment
- Active Security+ certification or greater
- Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs, via SCCM or PowerShell
- Experience supporting a VMWare VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) with thin clients
- Experience with Active Directory, configuring user and computer accounts
- Cross-platform awareness (two or more: Windows, Linux, Solaris, OSX, UNIX, etc.)
- Familiarity with supporting a VMWare VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure)
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA)

Pay
The primary level salary range for this position is $42,100.00 - $70,100.00. Base salary offers are determined based on a number of factors including the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Schedule
This position may be filled at varying shift times including weekdays, nights, and weekends (shift differential paid during eligible shifts).
