PBX Operator PRN
Job Summary
The PBX Operator is responsible for operating telephone business systems to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. They also provide clerical assistance and may work on various hospital projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Adheres to Facilities Policies and Procedures including confidentiality and patient’s rights policies.
- Demonstrates professional practice and conduct at all times.
- Maintains professional growth and development through seminars and workshops.
- Takes responsibility to regularly update self on department and hospital communication and changes.
- Reports to work on time and absences are not to exceed hospital standards.
- Conducts job duties in accordance with established hospital, department, and HCA North Cypress policies and procedures and standards.
- Serves as a resource to co-workers.
- Complies with legal and professional regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
