PBX Agent

About the role

As a PBX Resort Operator, you'll answer phone calls in a courteous and pleasant manner and refer guests to the correct extensions. Responsibilities

• Answering and referring phone calls on the main switchboard
• Courteous, timely and accurate when transferring calls, relaying messages and giving information to guests
• Receive and send guest faxes
• Photocopying
• Comply with Suncadia dress code and grooming policy
• Process guestroom reservations into Springer Miller during reservations office off‑hours
• Absorb, understand and continually communicate Suncadia events and activities to guests
• Support Front Desk operations with physical coverage as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work well with others and function well in fast‑paced environment
• Able to communicate well with staff and customers
• Able to work flexible hours and days
• Knowledge of property‑wide facilities and services
• Possess excellent telephone and organizational skills

Pay

Salary: $18.50/hr. This position is bonus/incentive eligible.
