About the role
Responsible for assisting with daily clinical and clerical operations of the assigned office(s).
Works in collaboration with team to provide quality care to patients and quality support to providers through consistent communication.

- Collaborates with team to ensure quality care and support for patients and providers.
- Communicates consistently with team members to maintain quality care and support.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent with GED.
- Completed a medical assistant program meeting certification eligibility requirements.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through AAMA, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through AMT, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) through NHA, National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) through NCCT, or Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) through AMCA.
- CPR required.
- Medical Assistant or Medical Office Experience Preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of clinical and clerical operations, service excellence, clinical quality initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with computers and electronic medical record experience preferred.
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
Qualifications
Must be a high school graduate or the equivalent with GED.
