PB Trade Support Analyst

About the role
Working within the Equities Middle Office, this role supports the Delta1 trading business. Daily servicing of D1 & Prime clients includes trade allocations, trade/position/cash/PnL reconciliations, answering ad hoc client queries, agreeing swap cash flows, setting up new clients/accounts, and working closely with client service, D1 traders, and equity index swap setups/lifecycle management. The role involves dealing with queries and ad-hoc requests from trading, client service, risk management, compliance, finance, technology, and operations. You will work on projects to improve efficiency, trade flow, and lower costs, coordinating with technology and change management teams to recommend and implement enhancements to trading platforms and internal reconciliations/controls.
- Daily trade capture and verification of all trades
- Control of trade workflow including ownership of inter-system reconciliations
Responsibilities
- Perform daily trade allocations and reconciliations (trade, position, cash, PnL)
- Answer ad hoc client queries and agree swap cash flows
- Set up new clients and accounts
- Manage equity index swap setups and lifecycle events
- Coordinate with internal teams (trading, client service, risk, compliance, finance, technology, operations) to resolve queries and requests
- Work on efficiency projects to improve trade flow and reduce costs
- Recommend and implement enhancements to trading platforms and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Mathematics, Finance, or a related field)
- High level of proficiency with Excel
- Understanding and interest in the finance industry
- Equity swap knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple issues and effectively prioritize workload
- Currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available for this position)

Pay
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $80,000 per year. The total compensation package may also include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and eligibility for medical, financial, and other benefits (e.g., 401(k), paid time off including vacation, sick time, and parental leave).
