Key Responsibilities

  • Support Payroll and Union Benefits day-to-day operations to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance and timely reporting capabilities.
  • Perform transactional data entry into systems and review contracts identifying union benefits due.
  • Accurately process and record company payroll with increasing complexity.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
  • Associate’s degree in related field preferred
  • Prior union exposure preferred
  • Previous payroll or accounting experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality to process sensitive information
  • The ability to deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
