Key Responsibilities
- Support Payroll and Union Benefits day-to-day operations to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance and timely reporting capabilities.
- Perform transactional data entry into systems and review contracts identifying union benefits due.
- Accurately process and record company payroll with increasing complexity.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred
- Prior union exposure preferred
- Previous payroll or accounting experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality to process sensitive information
- The ability to deliver exemplary customer service through strong ownership and professionalism
