About the role

Responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits and handle tax filings.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
  • Manage employee benefits programs
  • Prepare and file payroll taxes on time
  • Monitor and update tax laws and regulations
  • Communicate with employees regarding their benefits and tax obligations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR
  • Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
