Responsible for ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits and handle tax filings.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Prepare and file payroll taxes on time
- Monitor and update tax laws and regulations
- Communicate with employees regarding their benefits and tax obligations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll tax laws
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
