Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries via phone and email
- Aid with questions related to PTO balances, holiday pay, time entry corrections, and system access
- Research and resolve payroll and timekeeping issues using multiple internal systems
- Create and escalate cases for complex matters, including leave administration and policy-related inquiries
- Provide timely, professional support to employees across multiple departments
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee requests and resolutions
Qualifications
- Previous payroll, timekeeping, HR support, or related experience preferred
- Customer service, call center, help desk, or employee support experience
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Experience with case management platforms, HR systems, or knowledge management tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
