Payroll Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries via phone and email
  • Aid with questions related to PTO balances, holiday pay, time entry corrections, and system access
  • Research and resolve payroll and timekeeping issues using multiple internal systems
  • Create and escalate cases for complex matters, including leave administration and policy-related inquiries
  • Provide timely, professional support to employees across multiple departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee requests and resolutions

Qualifications

  • Previous payroll, timekeeping, HR support, or related experience preferred
  • Customer service, call center, help desk, or employee support experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience with case management platforms, HR systems, or knowledge management tools is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
