We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description before the role: "Insperity provides...". That's company overview. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have a description of company and then "Why Insperity?" with bullet points: Flexibility, Career Growth, Well-Being. Those could be Benefits? Actually they are benefits/perks. So we could have sections: About the role (maybe not needed), Responsibilities (Here’s What You’ll Do), Requirements/Qualifications (Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful), Benefits (Why Insperity? Flexibility, Career Growth, Well-Being). Also maybe "About the company" but not required. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID etc. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits. Possibly also "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph before responsibilities? The posting includes "We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate advice around payroll compliance and deliver payroll solutions..." That's a role overview. Could be placed under "About the role". But we have also "Here’s What You’ll Do" which is responsibilities. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine role overview and responsibilities into one "Responsibilities" section? But we have separate bullet list of duties. The overview paragraph could be placed as prose under "About the role". However we might avoid too many sections. Let's think: The posting includes: - Company overview (Insperity provides...). - Why Insperity? (Flexibility, Career Growth, Well-Being) -> Benefits. - Payroll Specialist role description: "We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate advice around payroll compliance and deliver payroll solutions that positively impact clients’ business, creating client retention and growth. In addition, you will troubleshoot situations, educate clients, develop partnerships with stakeholders and demonstrate the depth, breadth and level of care that creates value in the Insperity relationship." - Here’s What You’ll Do (list of duties) - Here’s What You’ll Need To Be Successful (list of qualifications) - EEO statement (remove) - No Pay, Schedule specifics. Thus we can have sections: About the role (maybe combine the role overview paragraph), Responsibilities (the bullet list), Requirements (the bullet list), Benefits (Why Insperity? bullet list). Could also include a short paragraph about company overview as part of About the role? But the instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can have About the role heading with prose describing the role (the overview). Then Responsibilities heading with ul list of duties. Then Requirements heading with ul list of qualifications. Then Benefits heading with ul list of perks. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove EEO boilerplate. We must not include application instructions (none present). We must output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Thus produce:

    About the role

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and accurate advice around payroll compliance and deliver payroll solutions that positively impact clients’ business, creating client retention and growth. In addition, you will troubleshoot situations, educate clients, develop partnerships with stakeholders and demonstrate the depth, breadth and level of care that creates value in the Insperity relationship.

    Responsibilities

    • Execute client relationship strategy that instills trust in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for high volume of small- to medium-sized clients.
    • Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
    • Input and balance payroll data accurately.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
    • Process payroll; review/analyze payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 1+ years’ payroll or relevant experience.
    • FPC certification preferred.

    Benefits

    • Flexibility: Over 80% of Insperity’s jobs have flexibility. We want your time to have balance, whether it’s spent with coworkers, clients, family or your community.
    • Career Growth: Insperity provides many ways to grow with the company. We offer continuous learning programs, mentorship opportunities and ongoing training.
    • Well‑Being: Our total rewards package includes generous paid time off, top‑tier medical, dental and vision benefits, health & wellness support, paid volunteer hours and much more. We take care of our people so that you can do your best work.
Check if any duplication: The "Why Insperity?" section includes those three bullet points. We turned them into list items under Benefits. Good. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity..." That's actually a statement about diversity; it's not EEO boilerplate but it's a generic statement. Should we keep? It's not a list, it's a sentence: "At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership." This is substantive? It's a statement about diversity. Could be considered part of Benefits or About the role? It's not a benefit per se but could be part of company culture. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence somewhere. Where? Could be included in About the role paragraph or as a separate paragraph under Benefits? It's not a benefit but a culture statement. Perhaps we can add a paragraph after Benefits? But we prefer few sections. Could add a paragraph under About the role after the role overview? Actually About the role currently has only the role overview paragraph. We could add another paragraph about diversity and inclusion. That would be substantive. Thus modify About the role to include two paragraphs: first the role overview, second the diversity statement. Let's check: The original text: "At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership. Insperity is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law." We must remove EEO boilerplate (the second sentence). Keep the first sentence: "At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership." Thus About the role will have two paragraphs: role overview and diversity statement. Now ensure we didn't include any other boilerplate like "Learn more at Insperity.com." That's in the initial company overview paragraph before "Why Insperity?" Actually the text: "Learn more at Insperity.com." That's a call to action, maybe considered navigation? It's not a substantive job detail; could be considered boilerplate. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Learn more at Insperity.com." is like a navigation link; could be considered navigation. Safer to remove it. Also the initial paragraph about Insperity providing HR solutions etc. That's company overview; is that substantive? It describes the company but not specific to the role. Could be considered background; but we might keep it as part of About the role? However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Including a company overview paragraph might be okay as part of About the role. But we already have About the role with role overview and diversity statement. Adding company overview might make it too long but still substantive. However the company overview is generic marketing fluff; but it's substantive info about the company. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Where to place? Could be a separate section "About the company" but not in the list of suggested headings. The suggested headings include About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not About the company. But we could incorporate it into About the role as a preamble. However About the role is supposed to be about the role, not the company. But we can still include it as a paragraph before the role overview. The instruction didn't forbid adding extra paragraphs under a heading. So we can put company overview paragraph(s) under About the role heading. Thus About the role will contain: - Paragraph: Insperity provides the most comprehensive suite... (the first paragraph) - Paragraph: We’ve earned recognition time and again as a top place to work—named among the best by respected organizations like Glassdoor and U.S. News & World Report. We’re also proud to be recognized for one of the country’s Top 50 Midsize Early Talent Programs through RippleMatch’s Campus Forward Awards. There’s never been a better time to be part of Insperity, and our best work is still ahead. Learn more at Insperity.com. (But we decided to remove "Learn more at Insperity.com." as navigation. However the sentence "Learn more at Insperity.com." is a call to action; maybe we should remove it. The rest is substantive: recognition, awards, etc. We'll keep that but drop the "Learn more at Insperity.com." sentence. Could we keep it as part of the sentence? Better to remove the whole sentence. So we will have two sentences: recognition and awards, and the "There’s never been a better time..." sentence. We'll keep those. - Paragraph: Why Insperity? Actually that's benefits; we already have Benefits section. - Paragraph: At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership. (diversity statement) - Paragraph: We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist... (role overview) Thus About the role will have multiple paragraphs. But we must ensure we don't include duplicated lines. The "Why Insperity?" section we moved to Benefits; we should not duplicate. Now check for any other boilerplate: The EEO statement we removed. Good. Now ensure we didn't inadvertently include any "Pay", "Schedule" sections. Not present. Now output HTML. Let's craft:
