About the role
The role of Payroll Specialist-HR Generalist involves managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing including direct deposits and tax withholdings.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of payroll reports and submissions.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee benefits enrollment and termination processes.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll and benefits.
- Comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll administration or HR.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
