Responsibilities
- Reconcile payroll with timekeeping review, ensuring each checkpoint leaves a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the international education platform.
- Coordinate work and study travel job documentation with status tracking, maintaining traceability and accountability for payroll-focused tasks.
- Review payroll reconciliation with deadline management, adhering to a payroll-focused, specialized-execution work profile.
- Document payroll processes and reporting, ensuring clarity and compliance in the context of international education and study/work-abroad programs.
- Maintain quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$64,000 per year.
