Payroll Specialist

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on accurate financial administration, reconciliation, documentation, and timely processing of assigned finance workflows.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process assigned billing, payment, reconciliation, or financial-record tasks using approved procedures.
- Maintain accurate supporting documentation, transaction records, and status trackers.
- Review financial data for completeness and escalate discrepancies for appropriate review.
- Prepare recurring summaries or reports for assigned accounts and workflows.
- Protect confidential financial information and follow documented control requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.
