Payroll Specialist

About the role

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of the agency’s bi-weekly payroll. This includes employee setup/termination/maintenance, setup of benefits in the system and making annual updates, providing reporting on voluntary deductions, training and answering staff questions, creating system reports, researching questions, and ensuring that the bi-weekly payroll is correct and accurate. Reconciles invoices for employee benefits to deductions and provide to Accounts Payable. Ensure that quarterly filings and annual W2 statements are completed on time and accurate.
