Responsibilities
- Review payroll with timekeeping, ensuring visibility of source, owner, status, and next action in a payroll-focused workflow.
- Document role-specific tasks with status tracking, maintaining clarity in the travel agency’s operational context.
- Maintain payroll reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and actionable.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processes.
- Coordinate quality control with workflow management, surfacing errors before they lead to downstream rework.
Qualifications
- Confident use of Travbest Workflow Context and Payroll Processing tools in a travel agency setting.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions with clear reasoning.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, especially when payroll tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure role-specific handoffs are complete only when process compliance, workflow management, and payroll reconciliation are secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.
Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$64,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
