• Review payroll with timekeeping verification, ensuring each checkpoint documents source, owner, status, and next action—all within the context of event management and marketing.
• Document global events role details with status tracking, maintaining visibility of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
• Maintain payroll reconciliation with deadline management, ensuring traceability and accountability for all payroll-related tasks.
• Reconcile documentation with reporting, leaving a clear audit trail for payroll activities tied to events and campaigns.
• Coordinate quality control with workflow management, ensuring payroll processes remain accurate and compliant under event-driven deadlines.

Decision Pattern & Quality Standards

• Ensure payroll controls remain usable under the demands of event management, maintaining traceability for completed work and unresolved items.
• Surface repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework, with clear ownership for follow-up.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$64,000 per year.
