Payroll SpecialistLocation: Newington, CTA growing national company in Newington is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of payroll processing experience who is looking to expand their skills. Key Responsibilities:Process payroll and timekeeping transactions accurately and on schedule- processing multi-state payroll on a team.Review, reconcile, and resolve payroll discrepanciesWork with employees and managers to address payroll-related questionsAssist with payroll reporting, year-end processing, and W-2 supportSupport benefits administration and related employee changesHelp maintain payroll procedures and ensure confidentiality What We’re Looking For:A few years of payroll processing experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to communicate effectively across departmentsInterest in learning payroll accounting and benefits administrationADP experience a plus! The Payroll Manager is ready to train the right person on payroll accounting and benefits functions. They are continuing to grow and succession planning.
