About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple departments accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Manage employee benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar payroll software.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
- $40,000 - $45,000 annually.
