About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple departments including timely and accurate calculations and distributions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide guidance.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory bodies.
- Manage employee benefits administration including enrollment and changes.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the company’s HRIS system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
- Basic understanding of tax laws and regulations.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using payroll software such as ADP or Paychex.

Pay
- $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
