Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain payroll records
• Perform various administrative tasks related to payroll administration
• Prepare and process payroll
• Verify and input data into the payroll system
• Update employee records efficiently
• Conduct basic reconciliations and audits during each pay cycle
• Address pay-related inquiries from dedicated staff

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of related experience or 2 years with specialized training or certification
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong language skills
• Solid problem-solving abilities
