Job Responsibilities
- Provide centralized payroll support for multi-state operations, including the processing of bi-weekly payroll for Hawaii and Colorado entities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state tax laws, reporting requirements, and labor regulations.
- Respond to internal inquiries, support audit activities, and collaborate with Human Resources and Finance teams.
- Leverage experience, knowledge, and research to resolve payroll matters effectively with minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of payroll experience.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be available to work onsite at our Waikiki office on a full-time basis.
Pay and Benefits
- Base pay starts at $75,000- $80,000, with potential for a higher salary based on factors such as applicant skill, experience, education.
