• Maintain agency confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Employee maintenance
• Scan and upload employee completed maintenance
• Enter and verify new hire documentation
• Assist with biweekly payroll (approx. 2000 staff)
• Assist with employee phone calls regarding questions
• Handle employee reimbursements
• Enter garnishments into UltiPro
• Serve as backup to Payroll Specialist
• Special projects as assigned by Payroll Manager

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and/or payroll experience required
• Experience working with UltiPro Software preferred
• Very strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing
