What You'll Do
- Process multi-country payrolls for the U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
- Administer time and attendance and maintain employee records within ADP Workforce Now (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, wage, and employment regulations.
- Process payroll imports, garnishments, tax documents, unemployment notices, and payroll adjustments.
- Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and month-end payroll support documentation.
- Support onboarding by processing new hire documentation.
- Administer the Corporate Credit Card Program and Concur Expense Management.
- Respond to employee payroll and HR inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Aid in HR reporting, office administration, and other HR initiatives as needed.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required.
- Working knowledge of payroll regulations, employment laws, and payroll tax requirements.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Human Resources experience is a plus.
