Payroll Specialist

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Prior payroll experience within a legal or professional services environment
• Experience processing partnership payroll
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, confidential information
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 250 employees
• Manage end-to-end payroll operations with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Handle partnership payroll, including distributions and related reporting
• Maintain and audit payroll data within ADP Workforce Now
• Collaborate with finance and leadership on payroll-related reporting and issues

Location: Century City (Hybrid: onsite for training, then 3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Compensation: Up to $110K
