• Document payroll processes with timekeeping reviews, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain official travel role documentation with status tracking, adhering to payroll-focused execution standards.
• Reconcile payroll with deadline management, ensuring all steps are traceable and unresolved items have clear ownership.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting, ensuring compliance and clarity in the context of travel-tech operations.
• Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Requirements

• Confidently use the Just Travel Oficial Workflow Context and Payroll Processing tools in a Brazilian travel-tech environment.
• Apply data accuracy standards without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
• Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning, ensuring decisions are traceable.
• Exercise judgment in follow-up actions, particularly when payroll tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure role-specific handoffs combine follow-up, documentation, and quality control to keep work secure and traceable.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$64,000 per year.

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
