About the Role

This Payroll Specialist role operates within a unique environment that integrates payroll controls with brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support. The position ensures payroll-focused expertise aligns with and supports business-support delivery across these areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll-focused tasks with timekeeping review, ensuring visible documentation of source, owner, status, and next action within the context of brand strategy, visual identity, design, marketing, paid/social/email campaigns, analytics, operations, and customer support.
• Review and maintain Elevare branding role documentation with status tracking for payroll processes, ensuring traceability and clarity in the operating environment.
• Document payroll reconciliation with deadline management, maintaining a clear record of confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for payroll processes, ensuring all work is traceable and unresolved items are assigned owners.
• Reconcile quality control with workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they result in downstream rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level position, 100% remote within the United States. Remote completion of payroll tasks requires reporting, Elevare branding workflow context, and status tracking to ensure work is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate.

Pay

Base salary: $43,000–$64,000 per year.
