This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports travel planning, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, itinerary, and booking workflows through payroll-related responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial, billing, account, claims, payroll, or control records.
- Review transactions, documents, requests, or account information for completeness and follow documented procedures for discrepancies.
- Prepare reconciliations, reports, status updates, or supporting schedules that make financial activity clear and traceable.
- Handle sensitive financial or personal information with appropriate confidentiality and limit access to approved business purposes.
- Coordinate routine follow-up with customers, vendors, employees, or internal teams and escalate exceptions requiring additional review.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform payroll specialist work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace.
