About the role

This position involves detailed analysis of payroll-related information. The individual must be a reliable, motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrated problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires working as a team member and flexibility to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of labor and union information on certified payrolls for three companies
• Process and remit various reports to the DOT and Wisconsin municipalities
• Research and resolve all issues regarding certified payroll and prevailing wage rates
• Track and remit certified payrolls for all subcontractors
• Special projects as needed
• Switchboard coverage every 3-4 weeks (for receptionist's breaks, lunches, and days off)
• Backup for opening report mail (during off season)
• Backup for time report entry (during off season)

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• Microsoft Office Applications - intermediate level minimum
• Intermediate to advanced internet skills
• Strong 10-key and keyboarding skills - 10,000+ keystrokes
