Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Maintain employee data within the HRIS system
• Audit payroll transactions, deductions, and tax information
• Prepare payroll and HR-related reports
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
• Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, and testing

Requirements

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Hands-on HRIS experience (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paycom, or similar)
• Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
