Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll accurately and timely for multiple companies and operating entities.
- Review and audit employee time records, compensation changes, new hires, and terminations.
- Respond to payroll‑related inquiries, support onboarding tasks, and maintain employee payroll data.
- Prepare payroll reports, support quarterly and annual payroll tax filings, and coordinate audit documentation.
- Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment across payroll processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Analyst; Paylocity experience required.
- Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals, workers’ compensation, and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems; strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 | Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite/Hybrid)
