Job Summary
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) offers outsourced accounting services, including full-service CFO Advisory Services; controller, bookkeeping, vendor bill processing and payment, customer invoicing, payroll processing and tax reporting, and sales tax preparation. Requirements
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Payroll experience - Payroll process, tax, and Regulations
- Self-starter and willingness to learn
- Able to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
Qualifications
- Process payroll for a designated group of clients accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
- Handle payroll inquiries from clients in a professional and timely manner
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts
- Aid with payroll audits and any related documentation as needed
- Stay updated on payroll best practices and industry changes to ensure compliance
Pay & Benefits
Pay range: $22.00-$26.00/hour
