About the role
Responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees including timely and accurate calculations and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and distribute pay stubs and other relevant documents.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
- Manage payroll software and ensure its effective operation.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Understanding of tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay
- $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
