Payroll Specialist (Contract-to-Hire)Location: Ambler, PA Schedule: Hybrid opportunity after training Employment Type: Contract-to-HireWe are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join a growing organization on a contract-to-hire basis. This role will support day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Process payroll accurately and on scheduleReview, audit, and validate payroll data and employee recordsAssist with payroll tax reporting, garnishments, deductions, and adjustmentsResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiriesMaintain payroll documentation and recordsGenerate payroll-related reports and support auditsCollaborate with HR and Accounting teams on payroll mattersEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Qualifications 3+ years of payroll processing experienceExperience processing payroll in a high-volume environmentRequired experience with UKG or PaylocityStrong understanding of payroll procedures and best practicesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications Experience with payroll system implementations or migrationsKnowledge of multi-state payroll processingExperience handling garnishments, deductions, and payroll adjustments Why Apply?
