Payroll Specialist

About the role

This is a contract-to-hire position located in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves full-cycle payroll processing, tax compliance, and ERP integration within a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily payroll functions
• Reconcile payroll
• Process multi-state payroll
• Process garnishments within compliance
• Conduct time and attendance audits
• Prepare monthly and year-end tax forms
• Process hourly and salaried employee payroll
• Process benefit invoices for payment
• Reconcile and post payroll entries into ERP
• Process employee reimbursements for payment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
• Experience with payroll taxes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel)
• Payroll certifications preferred
• Knowledge of payroll and tax laws

Pay

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
